I think that you might have left some things out in your review. "Catch me if you Can" is more of a "coming of age" movie than anything else, and while i agree that it is "watchable" you failed to mention the serious side of the film. The character Frank Abagnale is a victim of a broken home. He could not stand seeing his fathers ruin, so he left home to try to be everything his father wanted to be.His deep love and admiration of his father is really the driving force behind his actions.
However, i agree with you about the scenery. The time period was captured beautifully. The acting in this movie was also superb, and i must admit, this film helped me think of DiCaprio as an actor again, not just some asshole on a sinking ship.
On another note, I found the trailor's portrayal of "Catch me if you can" as a feel good comedy rather interesting. Although it did have it's moments, it was, for the most part quite somber. Overall, I highly enjoyed the film, and reccomend it to all.

I read the book, and it goes into detail of his family breaking up more than the film does. But I felt that I didn't need to put that in the review because I already had a fair amount of spoilers.
