An absolutely wonderful film; a real gem. Braff expertly blends comedy and drama while himself giving a heartfelt, multilayered performance; ditto for Portman's lovable Sam. What I liked most about the film is that it is a "real" film inhabited by people with distinctly real world problems handling them in a realistic manner. Simply one of the best films of the year and the biggest surprise bar none.

Great movie... I still am amazed that he stared, directed and wrote it.
