I love the original 'Halloween', as evidenced by its inclusion on my top ten list, but 'Halloween 6' is just plain dreadful. It is a pointless rehash of what had been done to death and by incorporating the inane and just plain ridiculous "Thorn" plotline, it practically shouts out its stupidity. Halloween H20 and Halloween: Resurrection are better than this crap.

Mike Myers was really scary in those Austin Power movies! Does anyone realy think he's talented?

Mike Myers is better than Adam Sandler. He was funny on SNL (I have his Best Of collection) and Austin Powers was good. Unfortunately like most comedians such as Jim Carrey he's typecasting himself and playing the same sort of roles over and over again. On SNL he used to always play Scottish or British characters and now he's always inserting Austin references into all his movies...
Hopefully like Carrey in "Eternal Sunshine" he'll turn in a great performance in a drama...but I very much doubt it.
I still think he's pretty funny.
