Before seeing this I didn't even know that it was based on a television series. I hear that Warner Brothers is putting into production a Dukes of Hazzard update. They're hoping to get Ashton Kutcher and Paul Walker to play Bo and Luke with Jessica Simpson, Jessica Biel, and Brittany Spears in the running for the part of Daisy Duke.

Yep, I heard the same thing on JoBlo.com a while back. Why are they making these stupid remakes of old 70s shows? No one going to see Charlie's Angels was going for nostalgia...
