Michael J. Fox plays in this film a modern doctor who in spite of himself finds himself in a bled lost in the depths of America. There, he starts to treat 'ploucs' (I hate to use this word, but I don't really see what else I could give as another name to the inhabitants of this small village). Initially, he wants to get out of this place that drives him crazy as soon as possible, but gradually he realizes that these people are very human and very tender with him. Does this scenario mean anything to you? Well imagine that Pixar studios were very inspired by this story to develop the film 'Cars'. Suffice it to say right away, Cars is much better than Doc Hollywood. Doc Hollywood, however, benefits from good ideas that make the show enjoyable. Only, if the people who made this film had been able to avoid the cliche end, it would have arranged me, because such an end, it is not very original.
