Great review. I was very surprised by The Rundown last year. A pretty funny action movie with an explosive climax (literally). I wouldn't say that The Rock can show more emotion than Arnie but he's a good action hero to take the Terminator's place. And anyone who models their acting career after Arnold ain't bad in my book. Here's hoping he doesn't make a lot of bad movies in the future. I'd say that The Scorpion King has been his worst thus far.

I thought that, for the most part, The Scorpion King was a bad movie. The Rock was the only positive.

I agree. It had a few OK moments but felt dry and unnecessary. I actually liked The Mummy Returns but evidently I'm the only one who did...but he was barely in that anyway...
