I heartily recommend Goldman's "Adventures in the Screen trade" books to anyone who is a movie buff, and enjoys movie business background.
Goldman who has written some of Hollywood's best known and loved films and tells a story with the best of them. You can also learn a lot about writing from his anecdotes.
